Our Story
The idea for NexSeason Transitions arose after we each endured the confusing transition process with our own loved ones.
There was no clear roadmap for the transition process when the need arrives to move family members into their new phase of life, whatever stage that may be. That is why we created NexSeason Transitions!
Home transition is a complex and emotional process, complicated by the fact there are too many questions and too few answers. NexSeason is changing that, empowering you and your loved ones to make informed decisions about what’s next in life.
Lisa Wilson
Lisa has been a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist since 2008 and has held a Georgia real estate license since 2002. She understands the needs and emotions of senior homeowners and their families. Over the years she has helped hundreds of Atlanta area homeowners downsize, relocate to active adult communities, or to assisted living.
Sherri Selman
Sherri enjoyed 30 years as a flight attendant with Delta Airlines, where she developed abundant experience caring for and serving the public. When her husband, Mark, became totally disabled after a massive stroke Sherri set out to find qualified caregivers and therapists so she could bring him home to recover. Her experience sparked a passion for guiding others through major life transitions.
